My Period is On…Now Let Me Hold My Bladder

What is more important to you: being slim or no cycle?

Just what does the length of your cycle have to do with your mental health? We delve into the results of a study published by the NIH. It’s holiday season and people are working out more to not gain or starting their resolutions off early. But don’t go super hard just yet! This can affect your cycle in a dangerous way. Lastly, a teenager may have missed his days in biology or anatomy/physiology class by suggesting that we “hold our bladders” when our periods are on. Collectively we say, “whaaaaat?!” Enjoy the flow-versation!

Feed your period with bone broth! Quick and easy way to make it, yet so many blood-building properties, vitamins and minerals.
